We are looking for an experienced design engineer specialising in district heating, district cooling, and distribution networks. You have many years of experience designing various types of distribution systems, have a strong network of industry contacts, and are used to working directly with clients. You are curious, technically minded, creative, solution-oriented, and have a practical approach. You are a strong team player, take responsibility, and are motivated to contribute to the overall success of the project through your work.
You have several years of experience working with AutoCAD, and we would prefer if you also have extensive experience in consultancy. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English. A category B driving licence is required.
Your role
You will be working on the construction of new systems and the replacement of existing distribution systems for district heating, district cooling, and gas — across all project stages, with a focus on design and engineering. This includes site visits, handling referrals, pipe design, and structural strength calculations. The work offers variety, with a mix of office tasks, some fieldwork, and meetings with clients and contractors.
You will also contribute to the development of the team and help expand our customer portfolio. We place great value on collaboration and commitment. For larger projects, we work closely together, and teamwork within the office is common. The role offers a high degree of freedom, along with responsibility towards both colleagues and customers. In addition to our distribution department, we also have energy consultants specialising in production and substations.
